Update from the PTA – including information regarding seed fundraiser
Thanks again to those who attended our monthly meeting this week. Our courtyard plans are still being worked on, and seem to be progressing well. Agricultural Day is quickly approaching, and we would appreciate all the help we can get, especially on the day, so look out for these requests or contact Paula Kenny on 021 712741.
The seed fundraiser has been very popular, and we will therefore be extending this for another week, so please have all money and unsold seeds back at the office by the end of Friday 23rd September. There is a container for money and all requests for additional boxes of seeds in the office, and this container is checked daily. If you need us to contact you, please put a note in the container, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. (Tash is unable to process these requests.) If you are returning boxes with seeds remaining, please place them under the office desk, with your name in the box so we know who to credit for the box. If necessary, you can order additional seed packets or gift boxes using the order form in the box - just return the form filled in as needed, and we will send the order.
We are very grateful for the positive response we’ve had to this fundraiser, so thank you very much.
All are welcome to our meetings, and the next will be held on Monday 3rd October, 7.30pm.
